Metamorphic Massage
A gentle massage mainly involving the feet and head. This massage technique may assist you to release energy blocks which have been held since conception.
Infant Massage
Massage is relaxing for your baby and assists them if they have digestive problems.It soothes and relaxes them ensuring a sound sleep.
Ruth Mary is trained in Infant Massage and teaches Mums and caregivers how to massage their baby.
All massages done for your baby may be of 15 to 30minutes duration and only almond or olive oil is used without essential oils.
Reset (TMJ)
These are Facial techniques that may relieve tension in the jaw. It is gentle and non invasive.
Colour for Health & Beauty
These treatments are based on Peter Mandels colourpuncture work, using focussed coloured light on accunpuncture points.The treatments are non invasive and relaxing.
Colour Facials
The Colour Mask. Just as we have zones on the feet, we have Zones on the face which we treat with colour. This particular treatment brings about a deep relaxation and is followed by a face massage with a fine aromatic oil.
